I’m Madelyn Vidal, E.A., in case you are wondering what an (EA) is, here is the definition according to the IRS: “an enrolled agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service by either passing a three-part comprehensive IRS test covering individual and business tax returns, or through experience as a former IRS employee.

Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Enrolled agents, like attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs), have unlimited practice rights. This means they are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can represent clients before.

In addition, I have over 10 years of experience in Public Accounting and Tax, I am a member of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, a Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor and a graduate of Florida International University School of Business.

I started this business because it was a perfect combination of my expertise and my passion. My expertise is the over 10 years of combined experience I have working in tax and tax resolution and my passion is helping others become debt free. Just recently in 2018, I became DEBT-FREE and it fueled a fire in me to help everyone around to do the same because being debt free gave me so much freedom that I wanted all those around me to feel the same. From self-experience and from hearing the stories of others who are full of debt and worry, who are living paycheck to paycheck, who can’t afford an emergency when one happens (because they always do) I understand the agony of debt and so I have made it my mission to help as many people as I can become IRS Debt-Free!!!
